Ico Abreu
Bio
Ico is a filmmaker, architect, visual artist, production designer, and screenwriter whose work is deeply influenced by environmental and social issues. With over 20 years in TV and film production, he has explored documentary, fiction, and experimental genres, exhibiting internationally. As a professor at PUCMM and INTEC, he has also taught as a Fulbright Scholar in the U.S., Turkey, and Thailand. His work has been recognized at the 30th National Biennial of Visual Arts in the Dominican Republic. Currently, he is working on his first feature film, with research interests in cinema, space, sustainability, and resilience.
