With almost 20 years of experience, she has worked with policymakers, grassroots advocates, and security professionals to implement gender-sensitive peace solutions. Nicola has trained peacekeepers and humanitarian actors worldwide, shaping policies on women, peace, and security. Fluent in five languages, she holds degrees in international peace support operations and social sciences. Her work is driven by a commitment to equity, inclusion, and lasting global impact.
