Bio

Kevin G. Armstrong is on a mission to disrupt the way we think about leadership, management, and communication by challenging the paradigms that hold back growth. With more than two decades of experience across education, business ownership, investment sales, and executive leadership, he has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs and leadership teams implement simple, proven systems that transform the way they operate, lead, and connect.
Kevin’s career has spanned many roles: high school and college teacher, small business owner, number one international sales representative, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing overseeing 35 agencies across North America. Each experience reinforced his belief that freedom comes from alignment by putting the right people in the right roles, fostering accountability, and building cultures where leaders and managers thrive together.
He is the author of the ForbesBooks publication The Miracle Manager: Why True Leaders Rarely Make Great Managers, which challenged the leadership paradigm and provided business leaders with frameworks to rethink how they structure their companies. His work has been featured in Forbes.com, Thrive Global, and Authority Magazine, and he has guided hundreds of organizations toward healthier and more sustainable growth.
Kevin is also the speaker behind the TEDx Talk “Stop Sending Ducks to Eagle School,” which has reached more than one million viewers worldwide. Just as that talk challenged the leadership paradigm, his new TEDx Talk challenges the connection paradigm by offering bold and practical disciplines to rethink how we connect in a digital age.
