Head of Design

Meghan McNabb is part of the founding team behind TEDx Cabarete, where she serves as Head of Design and has been on the executive team since the event began. At the heart of her involvement is a deep love for community and a belief that meaningful ideas come to life when people feel seen, included, and connected. Meghan is especially passionate about activating local communities and creating spaces where curiosity, creativity, and conversation can thrive. She is drawn to TEDx because of its ability to bring together people from different backgrounds and experiences and remind us that ideas do not belong to a select few. They belong to all of us. For Meghan, TEDx is not just an event. It is a living, breathing expression of what becomes possible when people gather with intention, listen deeply, and build something together.
